Ingredients:
Chicken breasts
Olive oil
Blackened seasoning
1 square (tablespoon) of butter
Minced garlic
Directions:
- On an open pan, add olive oil to the pan and on low fire.
- Slice the chicken breast the long way so it’s not so thick.
- Add oil to the chicken along with the blackening seasoning spread evenly to both sides.
- Place chicken on the pan and let sit until brown on both sides.
- Check the chicken’s temperature. It should be at 165F.
- Now cut 1 square (tablespoon) of butter and some minced garlic into a pan. Stir well for 1 minute.
- Bring the chicken back to 165F.
- Done!
