Ingredients:
1 box of Duncan Hines classic yellow cake mix.
1 cup of water
3 large eggs
1/2 cup of vegetable oil
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350F.
- Spray the bottom and sides of the pan with baking spray.
- Blend the cake mix from the box with 1 cup of water, 3 large eggs, and 1/2 cup of vegetable oil in a large bowl with an electric hand mixer set at low speed for 30 sec.
- Then, continue mixing for 2 minutes at medium speed.
- Place the pan into the oven and bake for the right time depending on your pan size. (use the charts below).
- The cake is done when a toothpick is inserted in the center and it comes out clean.
- After baking timer, place the cake onto a wire rack for 15 minutes to cool down completely before adding frosting. (if any)
