Ingredients:
1 1/2 pounds or 4 pieces of pork chops
1 bag of box of shake n bake box
Directions:
- Preheat oven at 400F.
- Open 1 bag of shake n bake and pour it into LG ziplock bag.
- Dip in water to moisten the pork chops.
- Remove the pork chop from the water one at a time and place them one at a time inside the ziplock bag and shake well to coat the pork chop.
- On a rimmed baking sheet pan, cover it with aluminum foil.
- Place each pork chop on pan.
- Place pan inside the oven for 25 minutes without flipping them or until pork chops reach 165F.
- Done.
