Ingredients:
1 pound of ground beef
6 medium potatoes
2 cans of sweet corn cream-style
Canola Oil spray
Olive oil
Directions: (Mashed Potatoes)
- Peel potatoes and rinse with water.
- Cut into quarters pieces or smaller and place them into cold salted water in a large pot.
- Cook potatoes in boiling water until soft.
- Check if your potatoes are ready by using a fork to poke the potato and see if it is soft and breaks apart.
- Dain the water and add butter (you choose how much).
- After the butter is melted, add milk, and garlic powder, and start mashing by hand or machine.
Directions: (Ground Beef)
- On a skillet pan with lid, fire at medium heat add olive oil, and start cooking the 1 lb ground beef. Constantly stir until fully brown.
Directions: (Combine)
- Preheat the oven to 350F.
- On an 8″x 11″ glass pan, spray it with Canola Oil spray and add the ground beef as an even layer.
- Open the 2 cans of sweet corn cream-style and lay it over the ground beef.
- Lay the mashed potatoes on top of the corn in an even layer as well.
- Place in the oven on top of a cookie metal sheet to catch anything that would spill oven while cooking in the oven.
- Cook for 30 mins or until corn starts to boil and potatoes are getting golden brown from the heat.
