Get 3 small onions, 2 green peppers, 1 lb of steak, 1 fajita seasoning mix bag, and tortillas.

Directions

  1. Chop 2 medium onions into small pieces.
  2. Slice 3 small onions the long way.
  3. Slice 2 green peppers the long way.
  4. Cut into strips the steak.
  5. Preheat the pan with a lid.
  6. Add olive oil to the hot pan.
  7. Add steak and cook until brown.
  8. Once cooked, remove from pan into a bowl.
  9. Use the same large pan to cook the green peppers first for 5 minutes or until soft.
  10. Add the onions to the pan cooking both together for 3-5 minutes.
  11. Add the cooked steak to the pan
  12. Add ¼ cup of water and 1 Fajita seasoning mix bag into the pan.
  13. Stir well until fully covered and the steak is fully cooked.
  14. Serve on rounded tortilla Chi-chi’s
  15. Done!

 

Extras

  • Add light sour cream.
  • Serve on white rice instead of tortillas.
